Shipping

Where and how we deliver

We currently deliver within Hungary, with GLS. You choose at checkout:

  • GLS parcel locker or ParcelShop: free. In your bag, choose your locker or ParcelShop on the GLS map. Then choose the free GLS parcel locker or ParcelShop delivery at checkout. If you forget to choose a point, we email you to ask before we send your parcel.
  • GLS home delivery: 1,490 Ft per order.

Your earrings arrive in their gift box, in one parcel.

Environmentally friendly delivery options: we do not currently offer a separate environmentally friendly delivery option.

Carrier

We ship with GLS and email you the tracking link when your parcel leaves our studio. From the tracking link you can change the delivery day or address (GLS FlexDeliveryService).

Delivery dates

You pay the full price when you order. We ship from 15 November, in order of purchase. Your parcel holds the earrings in their sealed gift box, with your numbered certificate and a polished piece of the wood we cut them from. Order by 14 December and your pair arrives before Christmas.

Made-to-order pairs

When the finished pairs of a wood are gone, you can order one made for you. You pay the full price at checkout. We start making these pairs on 1 December and ship them by 21 December.

Delays

If we cannot send your earrings when promised, we email you as soon as we know, with a new date. You keep your right to withdraw at any time before your earrings arrive, and within 14 days after (see our Refund policy).

Prices

All prices are in Hungarian forints and include 27% Hungarian VAT, also on shipping.

Damaged parcels

If a parcel arrives damaged, please photograph it and tell us within a few days at studio@simetra.art, so we can claim with the carrier. This does not limit your statutory rights.
