Your legal right of withdrawal

You can withdraw from your purchase without giving a reason from the day you place your order until 14 days after you, or someone you name (not the carrier), receive the earrings. Your earrings arrive in their gift box, in one parcel. The 14 days start when that parcel arrives.

How to withdraw

Tell us clearly that you want to withdraw: with our online form, Withdraw from contract (linked at the bottom of every page), by email to studio@simetra.art, or by letter to MirAbdolhay Industrial Group Kft., 1138 Budapest, Sólyatér utca 4. B. lépcsőház, U3. ajtó, Hungary. You can use the model form at the end of this page, but you do not have to. It is enough to send your message before the 14 days end. We confirm your withdrawal by email without delay.

Your refund

We refund everything you paid, including the standard delivery cost, without delay and at the latest within 14 days of receiving your message. If you chose a delivery method more expensive than our standard one, we do not refund the difference. We use the same payment method you used, unless you expressly agree to another one; you pay no fee for the refund. If we have already sent you a parcel, we may wait to refund until it is back with us, or until you show us that you have sent it, whichever comes first.

Sending items back

Send back everything you have received (the earrings with their gift box, certificate and wood piece) without delay and at the latest within 14 days of telling us, to the address above. The deadline is met if you send the parcel before the 14 days end. You pay the direct cost of returning the items.

Condition of returned items

You may examine the earrings as you would in a shop: look at them and hold them against your ear. Please do not wear them. You are responsible for any loss in value caused by handling beyond what is needed to check their nature, features and working, for example the cost of new hooks or refinishing.
