The Diving Swallow

This earring is a masterful composition in two parts. The upper fixed element is the Rhombic Solstice Sun. This serves as my defining silver inlay constant for the season and a symbol of eternal return. Suspended below, the perfectly mirrored Diving Swallow dances in absolute symmetry to create a profound visual balance.

Meticulously brought to life by my hands over a minimum of 20 hours of intricate inlay work. For the geometric lines within the wood, I use 999 Fine Silver, chosen for its absolute purity and luminous brilliance. The structural components, including the earring post and delicate connecting chains, are forged from 935 High-Purity Silver to ensure enduring structural strength and absolute skin safety.

Every motif is hand-cut from your chosen exotic wood using traditional jeweler's saws. This is an uncompromising personal process drawing upon my 16 years of cutting mastery. The natural grain of the wood is sealed with a protective invisible finish and meticulously hand-polished to a matte satin. This final touch preserves the organic warmth of the wood, creating a profound tactile contrast to the brilliant pure silver.
