Every piece of Simetra wearable art is meticulously created and packaged in my Budapest atelier to ensure its safe and pristine arrival at your destination.

Creation and Processing Times As every artwork demands absolute focus and uncompromising precision, please allow 2 to 4 business days for the creation, final inspection, and exact packaging of your piece once your acquisition is confirmed.

Complimentary VIP Shipping I am pleased to offer complimentary worldwide express shipping on all pieces. I partner exclusively with DHL Express to guarantee the highest level of security and speed. Once your piece is completed and dispatched, international delivery typically takes between 2 to 5 business days, depending on your global location.

Security, Insurance, and Tracking The secure transit of your wearable art is my highest priority. All shipments are fully insured by Simetra while in transit. To ensure the piece safely reaches your hands, a direct signature is strictly required upon delivery. You will receive a tracking number via email the moment your package leaves my atelier, allowing you to monitor its journey.

Customs and Import Duties For international collectors, please note that any applicable customs duties or import taxes levied by your destination country will be handled transparently.
