Simetra | Refund & Return Policy

At Simetra, every piece is a unique work of art, meticulously created over many hours. Due to the bespoke nature of my wearable art and strict international hygiene standards for fine jewelry, my return policy is as follows:

1. Hygiene and Safety Due to health and hygiene reasons, earrings are absolutely non-returnable and non-refundable once the original security seal or packaging has been opened or tampered with.

2. One-of-a-Kind Art Nature Since each Simetra piece is an exclusive, singular creation (1/1), I do not offer returns or exchanges for a change of mind. I encourage collectors to review all details and images carefully before confirming an acquisition.

3. Damages and Issues Please inspect your piece immediately upon reception. If the artwork arrives damaged or if there is an issue, please contact me directly at studio@simetra.art. Any transit damages must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. Please include high-resolution photos of the piece and its original packaging.

4. Approved Returns In the rare event of an approved return:

  • The piece must remain in its original, unworn condition.

  • It must be returned in the original Simetra luxury packaging, complete with the signed certificate of authenticity.

  • The collector is responsible for the cost of insured, trackable return shipping.

5. Refunds Once I receive and inspect the returned piece, I will notify you regarding the approval of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
